Free means free. House Rent charges no fees to tenants or owners, takes no brokerage and no commission.

Share honestly. Only pin rents you actually pay or paid, and only list flats you have the right to rent out. Don't post other people's personal information, spam, or fabricated data — such pins are removed and their sources rate-limited or blocked.

Your contributions (pins, listings, photos, comments, ratings) are shared publicly and anonymously. By posting, you allow House Rent to display them and to include them in public aggregate statistics (e.g. area medians) indefinitely.

Crowdsourced data has limits. Rents are self-reported and medians shift as data grows. House Rent provides the map "as is", without warranties, and isn't a party to any rental transaction — verify flats and owners yourself before paying anyone anything. Never pay a "deposit" to see a flat.

Moderation. Anyone can report a pin. Reported and outlier pins are reviewed and may be hidden or removed. We may block abusive sources to protect the map.

If a term is found unenforceable, the rest still apply. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version of these terms.
