Privacy

No accounts. There is no signup, login or profile. We cannot identify you because we never ask who you are.

What a rent pin stores: the rent amount, BHK and flat details you choose to share, and a map location. Pins never display names, phone numbers or exact addresses. Don't put personal details in free-text fields — comments and feedback are public.

IP addresses are stored only as salted one-way hashes, used for rate-limiting and abuse prevention. The raw IP is not kept with your pin and cannot be recovered from the hash.

Email addresses are collected only if you opt in as a seeker or owner for matching. They are used solely to send you matches and owner/seeker introductions, are never shown publicly, and are never sold.

Photos you upload (listings, To-Let boards) are public. Please don't photograph people or private interiors you don't have rights to share.

Analytics. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used (pages, clicks, scrolls) so we can improve it. Clarity may set cookies or local storage. We don't run ad trackers and we don't sell data to anyone.

Aggregates are open. Median rents by area are published openly (rent index pages and the public median API) — these contain no personal data.

Questions or takedown requests: flag any pin with its report button, and it enters review.
